Touch Screen Tools
Edge Cloud provides several touch screen friendly tools to enhance your Edge Cloud experience.
Touch Screen User Options
Use the Touch Screen / Accessibility settings of your Visual User Options to enable / disable features designed to optimize the Edge Cloud experience on touch screen devices. See "Visual User Options" for details.
Touch Screen Ribbon Bar
Apply the Touch Screen ribbon bar template to minimize the number of options presented in each ribbon bar section, and enlarge ribbon bar buttons. See "Customize Edge Cloud Ribbon Bars" for details.
The Touch Screen ribbon template is also activated when you apply the Touch Screen layout in your Visual User Options., described above.
Double-Tap Imaging Toggle
If you are using a touch screen with Edge Imaging, you can double-tap anywhere in the gray area outside of an image to toggle between full screen and normal viewing mode.
Touch to Edit Patient Findings
You can use the Edit Only Findings link to remove the left-hand section of the window (the treatment date, start origin, treatment coordinator and notes section), and provide additional screen space for making the categories and responses larger. This makes it easier to add and edit findings with a touch screen device. See "Patient Treatment Findings" for details.
